Electric Solid Hot Plate
Electric Solid Hot Plate is the most important heating plate for the electric hot plates, that used for the kitchen cooker top.which comprises an electric heating body, an electric heating body also comprises a Cast Iron tray, a heat insulation plate, a heating wire, a manual reset temperature controller, the heat insulation plate is arranged in the tray, the manual reset temperature controller comprises a temperature sensing deformation piece, a fixed contact and a moving contact, an action rod and a reset rod, the fixed contact and the moving contact are in a normally closed state, and the fixed contact is electrically connected with the electric heating body, The moving contact is electrically connected with the power line. The deformation piece absorbs the heat of the electric heating body. After being heated and deformed, it moves to drive the action rod to move. The movement of the action rod drives the moving contact to move, so that the fixed contact and the moving contact are separated. The reset rod can drive the moving contact and the fixed contact to close. The structure design of the electric hot plate is simple and reasonable, which is safe and does not need maintenance.
