The power of PTC water heater (PTC liquid heater) varies with the application conditions. The heated water should have good fluidity for PTC heating. For the flow through PTC water heater, the water flows through the middle passage, and the PTC heater directly heats the water. The two available designs are one-way and multi-way systems.
PTC Water heaters made by Jaye heater technology has two types, one is the water flow though PTC water heater, the other is the Build-in PTC liquid water heater, we can also called the second PTC cartridge heater.

PTC cartridge heater is used for installation in places where sufficient clamping contact must be ensured. This is necessary to maintain optimum heat transfer. Just the PTC cartridge heater just immersed by the water or other liquid, like oil, and the water can help to take away the heat from the surface of cartridge heater. compared with traditional tubular heating elements, the PTC type heating elements has the advantage of temperature self regulation, much higher heating transfer efficiency and long life service time.
