When the temperature of the controlled object changes, the liquid expansion type temperature controller (capillary thermostat)makes the substance (generally liquid) in the temperature sensing part of the temperature controller produce the corresponding physical phenomenon of thermal expansion and cold contraction (volume change), and the capsule connected with the temperature sensing part produces expansion or contraction. Based on the lever principle, it drives the switch on-off action to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. The hydraulic expansion type temperature controller has the characteristics of accurate temperature control, stable and reliable, small temperature difference between start and stop, large range of temperature control, large overload current and so on. Liquid expansion temperature controller is mainly used in household appliance industry, electric heating equipment, refrigeration industry and other temperature control field.

Capillary  thermostats also known as liquid expansion thermostat or liquid expansion temperature controller. When the temperature of the controlled object changes, the working medium in the temperature sensing part of the temperature controller (Thermostat) will expand and contract correspondingly (volume change of working medium), and the capsule connected with the temperature sensing part will expand or contract. Through the lever principle, it drives the switch on-off action to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. WY series liquid expansion temperature controller has the characteristics of accurate and stable temperature control, small temperature difference between start and stop, large range of temperature control and regulation, large overload current and so on.

Application of Capillary Thermostats:
1-Mainly used in home appliance industry (shower, washing machine, heater, electric water heater).
2-Electric heating equipment (stainless steel automatic water heater, embedded electric oven, electric fryer, food machinery, medical equipment),
3-Refrigeration industry (kitchen freezer, fresh-keeping cabinet, cold storage, ice maker, fish pond, cold drink machine, heater) and other temperature control.

Notification:
1. The user must put forward the order model and specification according to the characteristics of their products and the temperature to be controlled.
2. When the temperature controller is installed, the whole temperature sensing tube is close to the controlled surface as far as possible, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate temperature control.
3. Do not deform the temperature sensing tube during installation, so as not to affect its performance.
4. Do not let the conductive gas or substance enter the thermostat or pollute the surface of the thermostat, so as not to affect the electrical insulation performance.
5. The M4 thread of the mounting bracket should not be too long, otherwise the performance of the thermostat will be damaged.

6. The switch box is a ceramic part of electrical appliances, which should be handled with care to avoid damage.
7. The bending radius of capillary tube should not be less than 5mm

1. The dimension and rotation angle of the shaft should be set according to the customer's requirement
2. The tripping temperature and its characteristic curve should be determined according to the matching test between the customer's finished product and temperature control
3. There are many kinds of terminal dimensions and directions, and the length of capillary tube and protective sleeve can be selected by customers at will
4. In order to facilitate the installation of temperature controller, different diameter temperature sensors can be welded in the temperature control.
