Jaye custom make Various shapes and sizes of oven heating elements for our customers around the world. The reasonable layout of heating element in the household electric oven is also one of the factors that determine whether the oven structure is reasonable. Although these are not the key factors affecting the price of the oven, they are the key to the uniformity of the temperature in the oven. The structure of the oven layout, which is where and how the heating element is installed.
The most common shape of the tubular oven heating elements that Jaye makes are straight, U shape, M shape，W shape or Multipul shape, We usually make the custom oven heating elements based on customer’s specific designed technical drawings.
The Material of the Oven heating elements: the lowest material of the oven heating elements that Jaye use is the SUS304 material, and most of them are high grade material like SUS316, SUS309S or Incoloy as per our customers requirements. Of course quarts oven heater is also one of the material of the heating elements that we use.
